I love'em!!! I asked 2 my tattooer if it can b done but he said dat he never do it! I'm in Italy and I don't know how 2 ask 4 it..Here there rn't shop where buy the right uv-reactive color, and it's illegal 2 make a tattoo like dis. But the tattoer is kinda friendly and I'd ask him if he'll do it if I find the color. Any internet-shop where I can find it?
Thx.

there is one place that i know of that sells ink like that, it is FDA approved here. i am personally not in the business of tell you how to do things illegally. so you will have to look for it yourself, but it is here in the USA and you might be able to get it there.

i have a few UV reactive tattooes.... i love them.... but then again, i live in the US, so it's not illegal here....
if i were you, i'd be absolutely certain that UV tattooes, specifically, are illegal in your area of the world... it seems to me that you may have gotten some missinformation or at the most some sort of urban legend.... i don't know, because i do not live in your area of the world....
am in no way giving you license to do this, nor am i telling you to..... what you do with the following information is none of my concern...
i'll only tell you how i did it in a place where such tattooes are not illegal....
i researched and found a company that sells the ink... crazychameleon.net
upon further research i ordered a few bottles of ink, one two ounce bottle of 'Titanium White' and one ounce bottles each of blue, red, and yellow (the primary colors)...
before ordering, i talked to a friend who is a professional tattooist and got him to agree to use the ink if i purchased it for him, and let him keep the remaining ink afterwards...
we found that the ink is rather thin, more waterlike than thick like most tattoo inks... which makes it a bit harder to handle, until the tattooist got used to it...
we also found that the white CANNOT BE USED unless a powerfull UV source is on at all times... we solved this problem buy obtaining two 5 foot ( 3 1/4 meters or so) dual flourescent fixtures.... the same kind that workshops have installed to give light.... in place of the normal white light tubes, we placed high output UV bulbs.... one can obtain these things at most any home improvement store.... such as Wal-Mart or Home Depot here in the US... most any place that sells lighting and lighting fixtures....
like i said, i'm not giving you a way to do this yourself, i'm only telling you how i came across the things needed...

I have to second this. I don't have any UV/blacklight tattoos, but have done a lot of research on them and know others who do have them.
In the US, CrazyChameleon is the best and safest option. Their Titanium White ink is nearly invisible on pale skin, but glows very bright under a blacklight.
The USFDA does not grade human tattoo inks, but has graded CrazyChameleon inks as safe for marking fish and livestock, which are then eaten by humans.
Unlike other UV inks, which use UV-reactive pigment, CrazyChameleon has the pigment encased in an unbreakable sphere of plastic which is smaller than a red blood cell. More information can be found at http://www.blacklight-tattoo-ink.com/, their main site for the ink.

Of course, I am also not advocating using this if it is illegal in your country/area.

Strange place Italy. U can buy and drink spirits/alcolics whatever age u r, but u can't play softair (with ink bullet) or - in this case - have a uv-reactive tattoo.
Don't worry. Usually when I wish smtg I do all I can to got it. I have to talk to my tattoer. Or meet another better, 'cause I think to do this strange tat, I need a skillfull tattoer!
Another question - dat an0nymous_vamp1re has just replyed - but I need more checks :D . I mean...the uv-tat become trasparent, or kind of scare?
I h8 bmzine hihi, but I need to post some photos' link to a better understanding !
It remains usually like this
