I'm getting a tattoo on my back in a few months, my first one!
...and I know maybe it's hard to describe how it feels to get at tattoo, but I just want to know what everybody thinks!...
and I know it's different from person to person, but that's why I'm asking ;D

You basically answered it yourself, "different from person to person." Basically the best way I could describe it is rugburn if you've ever had it, at first its basically just a stinging sensation because the topmost layer of skin has basically been traumatized. After it starts healing up you feel an itch in that area as your body is repairing itself.
Of course this is only my interpretation of it, some people fall asleep in the chair and think nothing of it, some cringe and grunt the whole way through it.

it feels like a hot pin scratching ur skin thats all i got my first one on my back and fell asleep

it feel like someone is pushing down and dragging a needle across your skin... its not sore, just uncomfortable. But I can imagine it getting painful over extended periods of time... like if its a big tattoo with lots of colour/filled regions.

doesnt HURT. it just feels annoying as hell. like someones poking u in the same spot repeatdly and you just wanna turn around and punch them in the face.
it varies person to person, it also varies placement to placement.

In my opinion?
Better than anything else! The feeling when doing and few days after that beats everything: drungs, dirnks, sex, love. .. may not love cuz after having a tatoo kinda felt that i was in "love". Everything seemed nice and i was constanly happy.. kaught a lot and smiled even more.
