crazychameleon.com is the uv ink I use at the shop i work at.

thank you. I searched also in Internet and that link is the most raccomanded.
Other question: after being tattooed, the tat remain "as a scar" or completely invisible as I've seen in some pics?

other question: is it difficult to do a tat on palm? Not for the pain, but for the creation itself.

The skin of the palm is a little thicker, so it can sometimes be harder to do. It is a hard place to maintain a tattoo, because it is a "high impact" area. Skin dies off and is replaced very often on hands.
Chameleon is definitely the best UV ink around. Talk with your artist first though, because the ink is a lot thinner (it's water-based) than standard inks.
As for scarring, it really depends on your skin type. I've seen some that have a faint pink line in normal light, and others that you can't see at all.
