That extra sensitivity is the main reason I got my nipples pierced. It will calm down.

lose fitting clothing will be helpful but it will still rub and depending on if your female it will be more tough no lacy bras or if your eaither no fish net they both catch and that would not be fun at all

You can take some cotton rounds found in the drugstore..used to clean makeup off the face...and place them over your nipples, so your clothes don't rub against them.

Yup loose fitting clothing is key, also you can use a large band-aid to cover the nipple but do not use triple anti-biotic ointment, alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, witch hazel, iodine, or ear piercing solution to clean your new piercing only use saline solution & anti-microbial soap 1-2 times per day maximum to clean it. You can use Bactine (contains lidocaine & benzocaine) to help with pain because it is an antiseptic & it will numb the piercing, but only use it for the first 2-3 weeks that you have the piercing because the fragrance in it can cause irritation if used for long term treatment. Ice is also good to help with swelling & Ibprophen by the direction on the bottle.
The piercing can take 6-9 months or longer to completely heal & try your best not to move the jewelry when you're cleaning & under no circumstance change the jewelry from the original it was pierced with until it is completely healed. Good luck! =)
