i got mine done about 3 weeks ago, and i was wanting to know how long exactly do i have to wait to switch out the jewely? school's coming up soon, and i can't flip it up because the legs are too close together at the end. also, is it ok that i used a lip ring to get it pierced with?

i know my brother's was fine after about 6 weeks, and he swapped his jewellery out then. i'm having mine done this week, and i'm hoping its high enough to hide for work.

it depends on your body my buddy went to jail days after i peirced his he just wore a smaller gauge when he got out a few days and any jewlrey will be fine in it
