How hard is to pierce my smiley on my own?
Any advice?

it's a really thin piece of tissue, so the piercing itself is not difficult, but the spot is hard to reach. you'd need some cotton pieces or something like that to hold your lip up, at least in most cases... i didnt need anything, but i guess my fren is not that well "hidden" haha:) actually it's quite painless, the needle goes straight through.. well, it depends what you pierce with, actually, with a 16g piercing needle wasnt that easy.. you'd get the feeling that it will rip the tissue but it wont.
anyway, if you dont have much experience in self-piercing and piercing at all - go to a pro:)
