Any sucess at testicle piercing? If so How?

First off, I'm female.. But I'll give some advice since no one else has yet!
Yes, testacle piercings do have success. My brother has his done several times, stretched and everything. The trick to getting genital piercings to heal (or any piercings, for that matter) is to just make sure you take care of it. Follow the instructions of your piercer (and make sure you go to someone who knows what they're doing!)
What's worked for me and people I know for genital piercings is to just soak in epsom salts at least once a day. Depending on where the piercings are, you can either put the salt water in a cup and hold it against the skin, or simply take a bath with a good amount of epsom salts. This will keep it clean and help to avoid infection.
I've found that genital piercings tend to heal pretty fast. But then again, I don't have testicles haha.
