Nose piercings

In New York do they allow a 13 year old to pierce their nose professionally with a parent permission??

Your best bet is to call a tattoo shop and ask. (Or have a parent call and ask, so they take them seriously) I know in most places the legal age is 14. In which case, you've less than a year to go, so don't worry! You've got plenty of years ahead of you to be pokin holes in your body.

you'd better go with your parent. still i dont think nose piercing is god for 13 year olds.. it's kinda early and your immune system is as strong as the one of an adult. if you get it pierced, you'd better take some zinc pills and a lot of vitamin c. of course with appropriateaftercare and perfect hygiene you'll have no problems:)
