Hello,
My girlfriend recently got a Mirena (Intrauterine System or IUS), because of her trombose.
I have a Prince Albert.
The gynecologist did say it's possible that the 'ropes'(?) of the Mirena which end in the uterus could strangle around the Prince Albert, and so I could pull the Mirena out.
Does anyone have experience with this combination ?

I've had a PA for years and my wife's had a Mirena. Never had a problem, really don't think there's much to worry about from my experience, but hey, I'm not a gynae!

Hmmmm. Further to my last post, mentioned it to my wife. Her 'oh my @!#$' reaction to the prospect of it getting tangled and ripping it out of her suggested to me that although it's never been a problem, she thinks it could be. I really don't want a tug-of-war between the end of my cock and some plastic anchored inside her.
