i need help!!!!!!!!freakychild - 2004-05-25 23:23:46 Uhr
ok... i'm getting pissed..... i've gotten my tounge back up to a 2 guage.... and i'm liking it quite well being this big....... i've got a really good acrylic barbell in... and i'm lovin it...... just one problem...... no one makes french tickler barbells or even slip on ball covers for such a large gauge....... i've been to bodyartforms.com to see about a custom piece... nope, don't work that way....... contacted Leroi body jewelry.... no help at all...... and have also tried making use of tribalectic.com's custom order service.... but the guy that emailed me back acts like i asked him to forcefully shove something up his anus.......
to give you an idea..... 2 gauge barbells make use of larger thread sizes..... so just buying a tickler ball won't work... i've tried it..... the only thing i can think of is buying one and drilling out the threads then retapping the threads to fit my barbells...... as for slip on covers, they all fit over the standard "1/4 ball on a 14 gauge barbell... not the "5/16 ball on my barbell....
if any of you people out there in piercing land can help me out.... or at least share my disgust with the extreme lack of good large gauge tounge jewelry.... hit me back and let me know... peace out...... be safe...... and all that good stuff....

ive got some big bad barbells in my shop, however as tongue upsizing is soooo "unpopular" (sorry if that offends!!) they dont reallly regard making big fat add ons. i suppose its a bit of dead money that cud be used in their business elsewhere.
cant blame them really, however tribalectic say they make custom jewellery so wots their problem?? thats bad customer relations!!!!!!
start up ur own jewllery co."freaky fat tongue jewellery co." hehe
hope you get summat sorted!!

ill go in on starting a business for us big gauge freaky players. ive got a 6 gauge frenum going on a four and id kill to have a barbell that vibrates without having that big disk battery thing on it.

i've given a bit of thought about starting a business providing such things..... and i think i've found the perfect way of making the casts for the barbell ends.... i believe that i could find a supplier in barbells in leroi, or bodyartforms..... i know a place i can get castable vulcanized rubber to make ball end covers that would fit the larger size balls present on large gauge barbells.... and also, i can use that same compound to make actual one piece tickler ends by casting it around a large gauge acrylic ball....
now to just f*ing do it..... to find the funds to produce a stock... and then to market.... it might be a little while before i get it right, but when i do it'll be all good.....
still sad and pissed that now real jewelry company has marketed this kinda jewelry yet.....
oh, and about that 6 gauge frenum..... uhh, what ever turns you on dude, but damn, thats just a little too messed up for my tastes.... to each his own....
peace to all... i'm out and i'll keep ya posted on the jewelry thing as it comes along....
