sort of? I dunno, you could always tell when I wore them, so I just put my jewelry back in.

If they work depends on where the piercing is and how close they are to you. I use a retainer in my eyebrow and no one notices it.

I think they work rather well. I have an office job, and no one really notices my 3 lip piercings. It's a small office, but i don't think my boss noticed for months. I think it does really depend how close you are to the person, and how big the piercing is.

question can i get pierced with a retainer instead of jewellery? cos theres no way i'll get away with it at work?
