What is the best jewlery for a nipple piercing? CBR? Barbell? Can anyone help?

Most people usually have rings, but I have barbells - I personally like them better. Some people think that barbells are more likely to reject, but I don't think thats true. Any jewlery is fine, really. It all depends on your preferences.

my piercer told me that rings usually grow out. I've had both and I definately think bars work out better.

I have a circular barbell... it is 14 ga and 1/2 inch big.... I like it very much.... use whatever you like, thats the fun part of piercings, no rules! happy piercing!

I have had my nipples done twice, both with rings......The first time was with 12ga, and I had to take them out due to a work thing......The second time, it was with 14ga, and the left nipple had to come out....It started migrating, supposedly due to the scar tissue created by the first piercing. I want the left one done again, but I'm tired of the bullshit. Is this true, or not?

i had mine done with a bar..... i find it more comfy than rings... although my final goal is nipple shields.... go with what makes you happy and comfy

Just to update, I had it done with a bar and its been really comfortable. Actually its the least painful of all my piercings. I talked to the piercer and he told me that since I play basketball everyday a barbell would work better than a CBR.
