hm....well i know i'm not really one to talk cause i'm not much better than her...but i must agree...damn! 13? and ur nipples are pierced? and yea i know..i'm not much better cause i'm only 15 and i got mine done..but i wanna attempt to maake this work for me by saying that at least i'm a guy. i do hope they were self done though, cause thats just sick a pro. piercing a 13 year old girls nipples...or just a 13 year old's nipples in general. do your parents know?

My parents know about it. They were the ones who let me do it. My mom has her nipples pierced too, & she's 37 years old. There are some body piercing places in the United States that can leagally pierce minors

no, actually there isn't ANYWHERE in the US that can legally pierce minors, there are places that claim it, but there places that probably dson't have a license. if you don't believe me heres something from the APP website(the association of proffesional piercers)
"What is the APP POLICY ON PIERCING MINORS?
Regardless of any local legislation being more lenient, the following is an appropriate minimum standards policy on piercing minors:
For any piercing of a minor, a parent or legal guardian must be present to sign a consent form. Proof positive, state issued photo identification is required from the legal guardian, and a bona fide form of identification from the minor. In the event the parent has a different last name and/or address from the child, court documentation is needed to prove the relationship, i.e., divorce papers, or a remarriage certificate.
Under no circumstances is it acceptable or appropriate for a piercer to perform piercing on the nipples or genitals of an individual under 18 years of age."
its also just illegal for anyone over 18 to see a minor unclothed or to touch a minor in any sexual way, even if they were just piercing you, thats still touching you in a sexual way if its your nipples. and what the hell is wrong with your parents? letting their 13 year old daughter get her nipples pierced....you probably don't even have breasts yet...thats really irresponsible of them...but hey there your parents not me.

If you walked in to my shop, requesting ANY piercings, at 13, there is NO WAY I could morally do that to you. You're not done growing yet, you run the risk of everything growing out, and I'm in awe that there is any piercer that would do that!

HaHa okay this is how I see it...shes a horny little 13 yr old who wanted all the guys to want her by lying and saying that she had her nipples and genitals pierced...unless she did them herself and in any case if i was 13 and had those piercings i myself would think i was a loser......but hey thats just my opinion....

Well if you want my opinion and not many people do =)~ I agree with Tanice she is probably out for attention and has nothing but her ears pierced at that age!! If by some miracle she had these things done then where is the police when you need them. Her parents and the piercer should be locked up for allowing this to happen. What is this world coming to?

Yay!! people agree with me lol that chick is like so dumb!! wat she is getting is bad attention which im sure she wasnt aiming for!!
P.S=I finally hot my lip(left sid) pierced yay!!! Can anyone tell me what kind of mouth wash to use cause i cant find any of the stuff they told me to use.....I also am dying my hair blue again...haha imagine that!!

Hey everyone,
I'm a 32 yr old piercer from Montreal and although Canada has no laws on piercing or tattoo-ing minors - I and a few other shops don't either.I must admit, around here, you see alot of 13 yr olds pierced and it makes me sick!!!!!! Yeah, Montreal is a pretty liberal city, drinking age is 18 but, still doesn't make it right.I'm happy to know that there are laws and regulations in the States, I wish it was the same for us.
If Lindsay was from here, I'd say she could be telling the truth....But hey, she's just a kid, don't be too hard on her.Pretty much every 13 yr old around here has their bellybutton pierced but, NOT BY ME!!!!!! I'm making more than enough $$$ piercing adults.Look Lindsay, a bit of advice....Although these ppl have been a little hard on you, they are right.You haven't finished growing, my wife has had her nipples pierced for like 8 yrs now.One of 'em she had to take out and the other one is being pushed out by her body.You are putting a foriegn object into your body, everytime you get pierced.It will eventually be pushed out - No matter how deap you put it!!!!A word of advice, wait til you're a little older and stopped growing before you get anymore piercing done.
Guys give her a break but, I'd like to get hands around the neck of the piercer, who suposidely pierced her.Fondling has to be done anytime you pierce - expecially nipples and genitals;Where is that creap????????

hi there l am a parent of a 9 year old girl and would not allow her to have any piercings untill she was about 15 then that would be only more ear, and prob navel although l have both nipples she would have to wait for my permis

I think you're absolutely correct...Some piercers might even find 15 young.It all depends where.....Here in Montreal where it's alot more laid back and we have NO regulations on piercings or tattoo's anywhere in Canada, most of us piercers go by the "unwriten rule book" - No piercings under 16, genital piercings and tattoo's 18 or over (some provinces 19 or older).Legal age here is 18 for everything...Like I said, a little more laid back in Montreal.
