Piercing Pagoda

I'm sure everyone has heard of or seen the Piercing Pagodas that they have in the malls right? well i jsut wanted to say that personally i would never recomend getting your ears pierced there(as ears are all they do) i've done all of my own piercings(7..used to be 9 but one migrated and the other i had to take out because i didn't have a short enough bar and it kept getting pulled) and none of them have ever gotten infected..the only one i ever got at the Piercing Pagoda got infected...i later took it out and redid it myself and it was fine. but never get it done at piercing pagoda. none of their equipment is properly sterilized. they use guns which use excess force to put the jewelry into your ear and it damages the skin tissue of your ear and causes all sorts of extra damage to your ear. also because they use guna, which are made of plastic, they cannot sterilize them because doing it the proper way would melt the guns. so the same dirty gun is used on plenty of different people. so i would never recomend piercing pogoda for piercings...depending on the jewelry too..i wouldn't recomend it..i have two earrings from there that whenever i put them in (even though the holes are healed now) they always get infected..so i tend not to use them or buy jewelry from piercing pagoda...
