teeth!

this goes out to all thoes with a tongue piercing. well ive had my tongue pierced for hmm eight years..at the moment behind my teeth look a bit worn..yeah im sure its when i sleep i scrape it off my teeth!! i dont wanna go plastic!!...i dont wanna take it out did or dose anyone have the same issue??...well my teeth are more important i know....hmmm did any of ye go plastic??or is there any other type of material that wont dissaper my teeth....my dentist will want what little money i have...... AHHHH.....advise?

i don't like plastic barbells. they suck. but i did start using plastic balls on the end of my steel barbell and immeditaly noticed a difference. it's a lot easier in your teeth. although it did take a few days to get used to having plasic instead of metal, i definitly recomend plastic to protect your teeth.

go for acrylic bar ends.... if you're still at a 14 gauge you should have absolutely no problem finding really crazy ass looking acrylic bar ends.... i'm at a 2 gauge right now, and i'm wearing acrylic barbells and bar ends exclusively.... really cuts down on wear and tear to your teeth....even then, you should only have to change the bottom bar end... the top really doesn't contact your teeth.... that is unless you chew on it all the time....
